Customer Service

Our customer service team can serve as the point of contact for the customer.  We support first calls to identify questions and concerns, and make sure they are connected to the appropriate team member to answer their questions.  We also support MDR reporting, which is critical to any OEM understanding potential issues in the field.  As customers call our service center, we ask strategic questions to determine any potential or actual harms.  We work with the OEM to follow up and provide information for reporting to the FDA.

We provide support to the customers 24/7.  Customer care will provide a positive experience which can result in repeat business.
